• two weeks ahead is a good sweet spot, one week ahead usually works, three days ahead is the absolute minimum, but there will be a $10 express fee. for large events and/or weddings, two months ahead is great, two weeks ahead is pushing it, and five days ahead is a schedule i’d recommend emailing about directly (reverie.deli@gmail.com) with general details in addition to reaching out via direct message on instagram 

  • orders under $1000 must be paid in full by the date stated on the invoice, or they are considered cancelled or postponed. orders totalling over $1000 require a 30% deposit by the date stated on the invoice to reserve the date, with the remainder due two weeks ahead of the pick-up date

  • i currently offer lactose-free and gluten-free cakes for additional fee of $5 and $10 respectively for standard sized cakes. unfortunately, i am unable to offer vegan or dairy-free cakes as i rely on eggs and cow’s butter to achieve the textures, flavours and structure of a true reverie deli cake. i can accommodate those with allergies to most ingredients, however i cannot guarantee trace amounts will not be present as my kitchen is not free of allergens

  • every offering is pick-up only, however, you may arrange a third party service, like uber connect, or somebody in your personal circle to pick-up on your behalf. please note that once the cake has left my hands, i am unable to ensure its care

  • i will not replicate the work of others, but i can pay homage to it through my own interpretation. i will not replicate past designs of my own either, as each one is imagined for the specific client and them alone, but i can certainly create a unique iteration that fits your desires

  • unfortunately, the round 7 inch cake is the smallest option feasible for a single custom made-to-order cake. bulk custom small cake orders can be ordered, with a 12 cake minimum 

  • text with a maximum of 30 characters can be piped for an additional fee between $5 to $15, depending on length, complexity, and style

  • why, yes! i am happy to hear out any edible or nearly edible visions you may have, from sweet to savoury bites, dessert buffets, meal catering, sculptures, brand marketing and partnerships, props for sets or settings, graphic work for invitations or menus, and so much more outside of my imagination
